  Phoned in this morning to speak with a member of staff today at 11:30. I basically tried to end the phone call a few times as I felt uncomfortable with the woman’s tone, she said I seemed nervous to speak and ‘do I want her help or not’. Over all, surprisingly poor customer service that was unexpected from a company such as Apple

  I would like to say horrible customer experience, staffs are not at all friendly. I went there to repair my phone and one of the staffs asked me in a rude way whether I have an appointment. I finally ended up getting an appointment. Almost all staffs have an unfriendly attitude, I understand that its a busy environment but basic customer service is expected. I went there back with an appointment message and had to wait for the person to call my name. The person came and called my name soon but then he vanished without even telling me then had to wait for another staff. The staff had translator and the translator is asking hell lot of questions without the main customer service executive asking any questions, felt very shady and I even ended up asking if this is an Apple owned store or a franchise. I know my review is not going to have an impact.

  My iPad was waterlogged so I went in to see if I could get it fixed. Rahmat looked after me & then convinced me to buy a new one entirely. She took the time to ask for my needs & said in terms of value for money, it’d make more sense. Repeatedly saying that her main priority was for me to leave the store happy, rather than just making a sale. She’s a great employee & made my experience so much better.

  Excellent service. My Mac suddenly failed to start, and I was very worried because I had an important deadline the next day and could not lose my data. The staff member who first assisted me was very kind and helpful. She helped me book an appointment and created a ticket for my case. The technician who helped me afterwards, Oliver, was extremely professional, patient, and kind. He tried several solutions, explained things clearly, and made sure my data was not erased. He also noticed that I was anxious and kindly chatted with me to help me calm down. In the end, my Mac was fixed successfully and all my data was preserved. I’m truly grateful for the help I received. Thank you to Oliver and the team!

  I had a very positive experience with Edgar from start to finish. She was extremely kind, professional, and approachable throughout the entire interaction. What stood out the most was how well she listened and paid attention to every detail, making me feel genuinely heard and respected. She handled everything with patience, understanding, and a very positive attitude, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I would also like to mention the security staff, who were excellent as well. They were very friendly, welcoming, and professional at all times. Their calm and respectful approach created a safe and pleasant atmosphere, and it was clear that they cared about treating people properly.
